My next assignment for Roaming Hunger was to feature a new truck on the scene. The only problem was, I couldn't find one! I kind of panicked since this was my first road block, while working for them. I went back to my editor and proposed a little spin on the topic. "What about a truck who recently opened their brick-and-mortar location?", I asked. "They may not be a new truck, but it's a new phase in their business." Permission granted! I had less than a week before my deadline but fortunately I was able to meet with James, the founder of Fist of Flour, score an interview and shoot some photos at the "Doughjo".
